Perpetual Friends is committed to helping the ongoing efforts of companion animal and other rescue groups throughout the United States and worldwide. We hope to see the day when needless slaughter and euthanasia of animals no longer occurs.

As a part of Perpetual Friends' website, we encourage website visitors to donate monies towards rescue groups making a difference in the animal community. Any funds donated to such rescue groups through Perpetual Friends' website go wholly and entirely to said rescue groups; Perpetual Friends keeps no monies which are designated as donations to rescue groups. We merely wish to provide a third-party service in soliciting donations and passing monies along to much-deserving rescue efforts.

Collection of donation monies

As a third-party collection entity, Perpetual Friends accepts donations online via PayPal. If donors prefer to send their donation in the form of a personal check or money order to Perpetual Friends, such check or money order must be clearly designated as "DONATION" along with a notation stating to which rescue organization the monies should be sent.

We also provide links to and encourage donors to visit the rescue groups' websites. Donations can also be made directly to the rescue groups themselves on their websites.

Assignment of donation monies

Website visitors wishing to donate monies through Perpetual Friends' website will have a choice of rescue groups, which may change periodically. The list may include, but not necessarily be limited to, one or more of the following:

Checks and money orders can be made out either to Perpetual Friends or to the specific rescue group to which the donor wishes to have the monies forwarded. Checks made out to Perpetual Friends must clear the bank, which can take up to ten business days. Once the funds have cleared, Perpetual Friends will immediately forward the monies to the donor's preferred rescue group.

Online donations will remain in the Perpetual Friends PayPal business account from one to three business days before transfer of funds is made to the rescue group.

Perpetual Friends acts only as a third-party processor of donation funds. As such, no donor's personal information will be retained or sold to other third party marketing agencies by Perpetual Friends. Donors' personal information may, however, be forwarded along with donation monies to the rescue group(s).
