Everybody likes the idea of keeping a journal but unfortunately most of us in our busy day-to-day lives simply don't take the time.  Yet memories quickly fade and precious stories become abbreviated or lost in the folds of time.

A pet's life is so brief, yet in the short years they are with us they manage to infuse themselves in our lives and in our hearts in a myriad of ways that sometimes go unnoticed or unsung.  

Don't lose the memory of the day your pet sat by your side to comfort you when you were sad.  Don't let fade the playful performance that coaxed a smile from your hectic schedule, or the look in those dark eyes when you just knew words were about to come out of a whiskered mouth.

There's never a time like now to write those memories down.  Spending the time to remember, to relive and to revisit will certainly bring tears and strain your heart, but it will also give you focus and keep your pet near as the grieving process progresses.  Jot down your feelings and gather your photographs.  In years to come, you will be thankful you didn't let them slip away.

The number of ways you can keep your journal are endless, but Perpetual Friends offers a beautiful hand-stitched (Japanese Stab Binding) Memory Book in which to capture those memories. 

We have an easy-to-follow template to guide you through the story collection process.  You send the information and photos to us in digital format (email) or hard copy (postal service), and we will have it typeset with photos inserted where you wish.  A draft copy will be emailed or sent to you for your review before final printing.  Your final copy will be printed on high quality, acid-free rag paper, slipped between cover boards, and bound by hand with thread rubbed in beeswax.  Your pet's sacred stories and images will be preserved for generations to come. 

Our price for this service is $100.00 for each book up to 50 pages.
