ONLINE ORDERS:

• Online orders are made via PayPal from our Prices webpage. PayPal accepts most major credit cards. If you don't have a PayPal account, it's easy to set one up.   Click here.
• After placing your order, you will receive an email notification from PayPal/Coyote Moon Productions that your order has been received by us.

PHONE/EMAIL ORDER INQUIRIESS:

• If you prefer not to order online, we also accept order inquiries by email or by phone (928-776-4850).

VERIFICATION OF YOUR ORDER:

• Once an order via PayPal or an email order inquiry is received by us, we will contact you (either by email or phone) to confirm receipt of your order and to verify that all information received by Perpetual Friends is correct.

PERSONAL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS:

• Personal checks or money orders must be received within ten days after confirmation of your order. Please send personal checks and money orders to:

Personal checks must clear before any order will be processed, typically a ten-day waiting period.

ALLOW FOR CREATION AND SHIPPING:

• After payment has cleared, please allow approximately three weeks for our artists to create your piece and to ship it to you.

FREE BROCHURES OR CD SLIDESHOW:

• If you are a pet-related business wishing to display Perpetual Friends brochures for your customers' use or wishing to purchase our products wholesale for your inventory, or if you are a customer interested in receiving a free CD slideshow of our products, email your request with your name, address and phone, and we'll get it right out.
